Conduit Global Ministries
Building Pathways.
Multiplying Disciples.
Bridging Nations.
Conduit Global Ministries connects Belgium and the United States in a mutual, two-way exchange of Kingdom resources, relationships, and discipleship — so that the Gospel moves forward, together.
What Is Conduit?
We're Not Building a Platform. We're Building a Pathway.
A conduit is a simple thing — a small tube or channel, installed with forethought, designed to carry something essential from one place to another. It doesn't draw attention to itself. It just makes the flow possible.
That's exactly what we're called to be.
Conduit Global Ministries exists at the intersection of two worlds — Belgium and the United States — serving as a Kingdom infrastructure that allows resources, discipleship, relationships, and the Gospel to move freely in both directions. Not one-way. Not top-down. But mutual, relational, and Spirit-led.
We believe Belgium has something to offer the US. We believe the US has something to offer Belgium. And we believe that when God's people work across cultures with humility and intention, something extraordinary happens.
Our Foundation
Everything We Do Is Built on Three Things
Discipleship
First, we strengthen FOUNDATIONS - rooting people deeply in discipleship, in Christ, and in the DNA of what it means to multiply faith in others. At the core of every program, every trip, every relationship is one question: Are we growing as followers of Jesus and helping others do the same? Discipleship isn't a program. It's a way of life.
Cultural & Emotional Intelligence
Then, we help people find their EXPRESSIONS — developing the cultural and emotional intelligence to understand their context and engage the people around them with wisdom and genuine love. We believe that understanding people — their context, their culture, their story — is not optional in ministry. It is the ministry. We equip people to engage the world with wisdom, humility, and genuine care.
Your Unique Gifts
Finally, we launch people into MISSION — deploying their unique gifts and calling into every area of life, whether that's at home, in a church, across Belgium, or around the world. Whether you forge metal, cook food, lead worship, write code, or teach children — your gifts are Kingdom tools. We create space for people to discover, develop, and deploy what God has uniquely placed in them.

Evangelical Believers
Belgium is materially rich and spiritually searching.
With 12 million people, 3 official languages, and 95 distinct people groups — 29 of them considered least reached — Belgium is one of the most spiritually complex nations in Europe. Evangelical believers make up just 1.2% of the population. Over two-thirds of its districts have no Bible-believing church.
And yet — something is stirring. New discipleship movements are forming. Immigrant communities are finding Jesus. And God is looking for people willing to show up and say yes.
That's where we come in.
"God doesn't call the qualified. He qualifies the called."
— Mark Batterson
And that's been the story of Conduit from the beginning.
